FAME Payment Policy
All Conference Registration Fees must be paid by credit card at the time of registration. Purchase Orders will not be accepted. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please have your credit card before beginning your registration.
Sponsors and Exhibitors
Please do not register here. Registration instructions for exhibitors will be deployed at a later date. Please either check your email for instructions or reach out to your FAME contact for more information.
Membership Registration
For membership registration, please visit FAME's website. If you are experiencing problems registering as a member, please contact webmaster@floridamediaed.org. Please note: You must register under your current membership status. Non-member registration is not permitted if you hold an active membership, and the registration fee difference cannot be applied toward the cost of a FAME membership.
New Members: Please allow up to 24 hours after submission to receive your approval email and Member Registration Link.
Conference Registration
To add workshops to your full conference registration, use the links above. Simply use the Activity tab during registration—no separate registration is required. Follow the prompts to select your desired workshop under Member/Non-Member Registration.

Workshop Only Registration
Workshop-only registrations grant access to select paid workshops only, and do not include the full conference experience: exhibit hall, conference sessions, or other conference events. By registering below, you will only receive access to the workshop you select.

Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellations must be submitted before COB September 25, 2026 via email to fame@eventpowersupport.com
Conference registration cancellations submitted after COB September 25, 2026 are NOT refundable. Requests for cancellation on or before COB September 25, 2026 are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
All registration changes, including cancellations and refund requests, must be submitted prior to the conclusion of the FAME Conference. No refunds will be issued for requests made after the conference has concluded.
Once an attendee has checked in on-site and/or picked up their event badge, the registration is considered fully redeemed. Attendees who check in, pick up a badge, or otherwise attend the event are not eligible for refunds, including situations where no changes were requested or made after check-in.
FAME reserves the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis; however, no exceptions will be made for post-conference refund requests.
