Lead Retrieval Services

Lead Retrieval devices can be ordered.
Cost to Rent
First Unit: $100 | Additional Units: $75 each
Scanned data will include all contact information the attendee provides during registration including e-mail addresses. Please access your exhibitor portal to make reservations.

Exhibit Hall, Sponsor, Personnel Registration Process

All Exhibitor and Sponsor personnel must register to receive the appropriate conference badge.

Personnel Pre-Registration Deadline: November 6th, 2019
Note: Exhibitor personnel registration will only be accepted during pre-registration and will not be valid when registering on-site. All on-site registratns must pay the full registration fee.

Contract Requirement:
eventPower must recieve an exhibit space contract from a company/organization before personnel can register.

Personnel Registration Process:
Exhibit Hall personnel registration is not available on the conference website. Exhibit Hall Participants will be e-mailed a link to register their personnel for the conference. The link will be sent to the individual who signed the original contract prior to the conference date. The link will include the appropriate number of free or discounted coupon codes that are associated with each type of showcase participant or partnership.
